An incredibly fantastic raw pu'er made from wild arbor tea tree leaves that have a dark purple color. This wild tea is naturally dark in color and is heavy in anti-oxidants and catechins. Among pu'er tea, purplish red bud tea is particularly valued. The purple bud wild arbor pu'er tea, grown in the Jingmai mountain, is hand-picked by Hani and Bulang minority growers who select only young tender leaves before Qingming (5th April) from the wild purple bud ancient arbor tea trees.
The quality of the leaves and the meticulous processing ensures excellent storage and aging potential. This 2020 tea produces bright yellow liquor almost without bitterness. There is a strong full taste in the mouth, complex and mellow with a long-lasting sweet aftertaste.
