Join us for an evening of exploration as we journey into the misty mountains of Northern Vietnam to discover one of the tea world's most fascinating and underappreciated treasures: the Shan Tuyết tea cultivar.

Known for its ancient tea trees, silvery buds, and remarkable depth of flavor, Shan Tuyết ("Snow Mountain Tea") grows in remote highland regions where tea has been cultivated by ethnic minority communities for generations.

These venerable trees, many growing wild or semi-wild at elevations exceeding 1,000 meters, produce teas celebrated for their rich texture, natural sweetness, and distinctive mountain character.

During this guided tasting, we will explore how a single cultivar can be transformed into dramatically different tea styles through variations in processing.

Participants will taste and compare a minimum of 5 exceptional teas from the renowned Xáhn Trà producers:
