Zhong Guo Hong Cha aka Chinese Red Tea

There was a time when red tea was looked down on by the local Chinese tea community and was produced only for exportation to the West. These days are long gone. Today's Chinese Red Teas are amongst the finest of teas in the market and we will be brewing, tasting, and discussing four styles throughout the month of February.
