The Gongfu Brewing Workshop provides a guided exploration of the art of Chinese tea, incorporating mindfulness, ritual, and sensory appreciation. Equipment Overview (5 min) Demonstration of key tools: Gaiwan, Fairness Pitcher, and Tea Cups Handling etiquette and brewing flow 3. Guided Tea Brewing (40 min) Each participant brews one tea with step-by-step guidance: a-Dry leaf observation b-First rinse and warm the vessels c-First, second, and third infusions d-Tasting, aroma, and clarity appreciation e-Discussion of "Qi" – the tea’s energetic effect on the body and mind 4.
